Officials of two countries took place in the opening ceremony: Mr. V. Kalnyk, Ambassador of Ukraine in Bulgaria, Mr. N. Zelenogorsky, Lord Mayor of Pleven, Mrs. T. Tsacheva, Head of the Parliament of Bulgaria, and others.
